Authentic Leadership - Morning Session

  • Fort McMurray Golf Club (map)

Leadership today requires more than just strategy and decision-making. It requires courage, vulnerability, and the ability to grow beyond traditional models of leadership.

In this workshop, participants will explore the Leadership Circle model of leadership development and gain insight into how reactive and creative (strategic) leadership styles shape organizational and personal effectiveness. Through guided discussions and group exercises, you’ll reflect on your own leadership style and learn practical ways to lead with authenticity in an increasingly complex world.

What You'll Learn

  • Understand The Leadership Circle framework and the difference between Reactive and Creative leadership styles.

  • Learn how vulnerability is essential for leadership growth in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.

  • Explore personal results from a Leadership Circle self-assessment or full profile to identify strengths and opportunities for growth.

  • Examine the role of courage and vulnerability in daring leadership.

  • Enhance self-awareness through interactive group exercises tailored to your work environment.

  • Challenge outdated beliefs and dispel myths about vulnerability, reframing it as a strength for the future of leadership.

This workshop is designed for leaders at all levels, including business owners, executives, managers, and community leaders, who want to deepen their self-awareness, lead with authenticity, and create meaningful impact in their organizations.
